VINIFICATION:
Direct pressing of the grapes after harvesting at the beginning of September. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature.
FLAVOUR PROFILE:
Medium salmon colour, Aromas of roses, strawberries, cherries, with notes of peach. Very crisp acidity with full body, light essence of tannins and long off dry aftertaste. Flavors of roses, strawberries and cranberries, with hints of mint and minerallitty.
