Old vines, in the well-known Grand Cru area Koutsi of Nemea, the low yield per hectare and the innovative viticultural techniques give the winery the best expression of Agiorgitiko and the unique terroir. The Cabernet Sauvignon was selected from Tselepos’ favorite vineyard in Tegea, Arcadia.
VINIFICATION:
Matured for 24 months in French oak barrels, was then bottled and kept for 24 months in the winery’s cellar before the wine was ready.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Deep ruby color and a complex aroma profile including blackberries, plum, cherry, mint, green pepper, and additional hints of vanilla, cinnamon, licorice, chocolate, pepper, clove, and smoke. Full-bodied, rich tannins and crisp acidity, with a harmonious blend of fruit and spice flavors, culminating in a long, satisfying finish.
